Limited Warranty For Landscape Work. If we've done a consultation with you at your home or site, all trees, shrubs and plants that are purchased and planted by Katonah Nursery for you are backed by a 100% guarantee for the first 12 months.

Woody plant materials will be guaranteed 100% to live for one year, provided reasonable care is given to the plants by the owner. This guarantee does not cover materials that are transplanted. Herbaceous plant materials (ground covers, annuals, roses and perennials, etc.) being of a perishable nature will not be guaranteed to live. Please note: This guarantee only warranties the plant material and not the labor to remove and re-install new plant material.

If you've come into our store for friendly advice and purchased your plants with us, we guarantee your purchase for 6 months at 50% off any replacement purchases. Sodded lawns are only guaranteed to take root at the job site, usually only up to 2-3 weeks. Seeded lawns are not guaranteed. The success of any lawn depends mostly on maintenance after installation (i.e. watering etc.)
